Home court advantage worked for the players of the Warsaw Polo Club. During the Under 18 Polo Championships of Poland last October 4 held in their lovely facility, the polo club’s team won against the Buksza Team by a strong 8-goal difference.
Four females hailing from both teams represented the steadily increasing number of lady players in Poland—Warsaw Polo Club’s Daria Mlynska and Paula Klusewicz did amazing teamwork alongside their male teammates Kacper Stefaniak and Szymon Bukowski, while the opposition saw the great contribution of Wiktoria Bunkowska and Karen Reshef on the field.
While these girls are still at the beginning of their polo adventure, their performance proved their potential in the sport. With a few more years of eligibility to play in Under 18 competitions, we’ll be seeing more promising players like them in the upcoming tournaments.
